Future Academies is an educational charity and multi-academy trust that is committed to helping young people to succeed in life by setting them up with the best possible education. We believe that the culturally literate are able to overcome social barriers and for this reason our schools are committed to knowledge, aspiration and respect. As a charitable organisation – we fulfill our objectives by welcoming schools with significant challenges into our family of schools and supporting them on their journey to becoming Ofsted Outstanding.
Phoenix High School was one of these having joined Future Academies in September 2016. As part of the conversion and transfer of obligations, the freehold was transferred over to the Trust and the school reopened as Phoenix Academy. As we seek to build on the recent successes of our staff and students, including been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2019, we have been developing our plans to enhance the learning environment on site.
